That wasn't exactly a question... more like a self-analysis, I know me too well.
Bumped into Gilbert at the gym yesterday evening doing his periodic weight-lifting... and after I've completed some 30mins on the tread-mill.. he offered:
"Wanna lift weights?"
"Huh? like how heavy? For what?"
"30kg... goood"
"Good for?"
"Builds my chest, builds yours too...ahem.."
"F**k.. I dun need that.."
