Unjust Innovation

I was telling The Hub about the beastly Austrian who raped his daughter and fathered 7 of her kids. And talk about Austria, that's where the innovative prison is located. In Leoben. And then, it struck me that he could possibly be savoring every moment of his luxurious jail-term thanking everybody who made his arrest possible. OMFG!

Why would a prison environment be so beautifully designed? To encourage prisoners to reform or just to make them stay longer?

I would love to move into a prison if it looks this good.
