AOH - NS 40

Today hub brought us to the Army Open House and you know how ridiculously crowded these events can get. However, in an effort to have a better understanding of hub’s job, I agreed to go.

The two major highlights of the whole event are the Apache Fighter helicopter (neh, the one we saw flying with the Singapore flag on National Day’07) and the Leopard Tank.

I think it’s really absurd how people are able to line under the blazing sun in order to sit in the apache for less than 5 seconds and the cool poor pilots were instantly demoted into queue attendants for the day.
However I managed to beat the queue by making an illegal entrance from another side the fighter craft. Then a nosy parker auntie ‘discovered’ me and started to make squeaky remarks.
Eh, who say must queue huh? Shoot me with the apache lah!!

The Leopard Tank.
And so I was like going “wah” here and “wah” there while looking at all kinds of military equipments and weapons of mass destructions. Cool as they may be, I can’t help but started to feel bored after some walking so we left for Comex.

Once more, another mob scene at the Suntec Convention hall. We bought a printer, because hub said “buy printer got free trolley leh” and we got a free trolley indeed. Bought a 4GB thumb drive to save more of Jamie’s pictures.

Speaking of Jamie, this is how she looks when crying and refusing to get dress for dinner. Horrible girl I say.
