Today, we decided to have a simple Pre-Christmas lunch in the office together. However, most were greatly disappointed and I was raging mad with Pizza Hut's poor service.
What you are about to read is my complaint letter to them....

I am utterly disappointed with Pizza Hut's home delivery service.
I do sometimes order pizza from home. However, today my colleagues and I have decided to lunch-in and we agreed to have pizza.
Through the phone I gave your operator my office's address and was told that my order will take approximately 45 minutes. I waited for more than an hour and I called your guys again.
To my horror, my food was sent to the wrong address, which is to my home.
And what's worse?
After I clarified my location for the second time, I was told that I had to wait for another hour!!! IT WAS DOWNRIGHT RIDICULOUS!!
My order finally arrived after 2 hours but still, it was incomplete. Apparently, your staff left one of the pizzas undelivered. So, I was told to wait for another 30 MINUTES! It was after 3 frustrating phone calls to You, only then I received the pizza you have left out, more than AN HOUR LATER!!!!
I understand that it can get extremely busy with Christmas & New Year around the corner. But it is definitely not an excuse for the lousy service I received. I've always been pretty satisfied with Pizza Hut until this incident. It has completely ruined my impression of You.
Such poor service is totally unexpected from a large organisation like You, with branches in many other countries.
I DO NOT NEED ANY APOLOGIES, I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION!
